Located in Windham County, Harbor Freight recently opened their doors in September 2020. After the acquisition of the old WilliBowl, WCS was brought in to convert this once forgotten piece of real estate into what it is today. With a series of structural and civil design challenges, WCS was able to take the owners' vision and bring it to life. There was great design, creativity and execution on this project.
